Dr Hasanein Al-Hasani
Dr Hasanein Al-Hasani MBBS BSc FRCR PGCert (Clin Rad) is a Consultant Radiologist in Hampshire with a special interest in musculoskeletal and ultrasound imaging.
I qualified from Barts and the London Medical School in 2011 and completed my general and specialist musculoskeletal radiology training in Surrey and London (King’s & UCH) in 2021. I am a member of the British Society of Skeletal Radiologists (BSSR).
I routinely perform a vast array of general and specialist diagnostic ultrasound and I am particularly skilled in ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal interventions.
In my current role as a consultant, I am the Clinical Lead for Ultrasound and the Governance & Quality Lead with a passion for identifying, implementing and assuring best practice within the department. I have also developed an additional specialist interest in reporting multiparametric prostate MRI.
I teach on national and local radiology courses and work with GPs and hospital clinicians to deliver an outstanding service to all patients.
Ms Fatin Mohsin
Fatin Mohsin, the Founder Clinician of Apex Ultrasound, works within both the NHS and the private sector for nearly two decades. I obtained my DMU and MSc degrees in Medical Ultrasound from the Imperial College, London, and a further PgC in Medical Ultrasound from King’s College, London.
Additionally, Fatin is a member of the British Medical Ultrasound Society, I hold basic accreditation from the Society of Vascular Technology of Great Britain, and possesses an NT accreditation from the Fetal Medicine Foundation.
I was appointed as Senior Clinical Ultrasound Specialist at Kingston Hospital in 2012. Apart from my work life, I enjoy spending time with my two young boys and walking their little mischievous Pomeranian.

Diploma in Cardiovascular Sciences
Certified by European Association of Cardiovascular imaging.
As a specialist Echo scientist, I am trained to acquire and report high quality echocardiograms in paediatric, adult congenital and adult population using advanced techniques of doppler, 3D and strain analysis.
Having worked in some of the best hospitals around the world, NHS and private sectors while still associated with one of the top NHS trusts in cardiac speciality, I offer a vast experience of performing standard scans according to the BSE and EACVI guidelines.
